    Time: 1:30pm to 2:30pm

  • Advanced Adult Gymnastics

    Advanced Adult Gymnastics Class

    Time: Mondays from 7pm to 830pm for 6 weeks

    Cost: $175

    Join us for a challenging and supportive gymnastics experience designed for adults 18+ with prior gymnastics experience.

    This class is perfect for those who want to refine skills, build strength, and enjoy training in a structured yet flexible environment.


    Each session begins with a guided group stretch and mobility warm-up to prepare your body, followed by open gym time where you can:
    - Practice skills at your own pace
    - Work on strength, flexibility, or conditioning
    - Get tips and guidance from experienced coaches
    - Explore new progressions and refine technique


    Whether you’re working on tumbling, bars, beam, or floor basics, this is a space to challenge yourself, move with freedom, and connect with others who share your passion for gymnastics.

    Whether you're a dancer, cheerleader, or beginner tumbler, this camp is the perfect place to grow!

    Handstands
    Cartwheels & Cartwheel Step-Ins
    Backbend Stand-Ups
    Tumbling Progressions
    Intro to Cheer Stunting

    With hands-on experience in cheer tumbling, stunting, and progression-based training, our coach is passionate about helping athletes of all backgrounds build confidence and master new skills.
